ONIT Restoration is based right here in Willow Springs, and the sealed basement cigar lounge is the build that became our signature. Neighbors get the fastest site visits of any town we serve, often within a day or two of the first call.
The housing mix in town, older ranches and newer custom homes tucked into the wooded hills near the forest preserves, takes well to a cigar room. We assess your basement honestly, design the sealed envelope and dedicated ventilation around your existing mechanicals, and handle the permits. Free in-home design consultations, itemized quotes, licensed and insured.
It starts with a free in-home design consultation. We measure your basement, check moisture and mechanicals, and talk through how you want the space to live. You get a design and an itemized quote, we handle permits and inspections, and one team runs the build from the first cut to the final walkthrough. Most projects take 6 to 12 weeks of construction.
No, containment is the entire point of the build. The lounge is framed and finished as a sealed room with gasketed doors, then put under negative pressure by a dedicated exhaust fan with its own makeup air supply. Smoke gets pulled out of the house instead of seeping into hallways, ductwork, or upstairs rooms.
Yes. Most clients want at least a humidor cabinet, and many go further with a walk-in humidor built as its own conditioned space with sealed construction and humidity control. We size it to your collection, wire it on its own circuit where needed, and finish it in wood that matches the rest of the lounge.
Faster here than anywhere. Willow Springs is our home base, so a design consultation usually happens within days. The visit is free, we measure the space, check ceiling height and mechanical locations, talk through venting routes to the exterior, and follow up with an itemized quote so you can see exactly what the room costs.
Tell us about your basement and we will follow up within one business day to set up an in-home visit.
