Usually yes, but we verify before we promise. The evaluation checks where your sewer line exits, the slab condition, and ceiling height in the space. If gravity drainage is impossible, an ejector system pumps waste up to the main line. If the numbers genuinely do not work, we tell you that too.
A sealed basin set into the slab collects waste from the toilet, shower, and sink, and a pump lifts it to your main sewer line. The basin is covered, vented, and quiet in normal use. It is the standard solution across older Lemont homes and it supports a full three-piece bath.
They are one of the best upgrades below grade. Electric radiant mats go under the tile and take the chill out of a concrete slab, which matters more in a basement than anywhere else in the house. The system runs on its own thermostat and adds modest cost during tiling.
