Measure twice, swing free

A golf simulator lives or dies on clearances. You need roughly 9 to 10 feet of ceiling for a driver swing, depth for ball flight to the screen, and width for both right and left handed players. We confirm every dimension against your actual slab and joists before you spend a dollar on equipment.

Then we build the room around the sim: reinforced enclosure, impact screen, projector placed so your shadow stays off the picture, turf transitions, and lighting angled for both play and lounging.

Golf season never ends in your basement

From November to April, your handicap does not have to hibernate. A basement sim room gets year-round use, and with a lounge area and a bar nearby it becomes the spot your friends invite themselves to. We often pair sim rooms with bars and TVs for watch parties.

FAQ

Common Questions

How much ceiling height do I need for a golf simulator?

Nine feet is comfortable for most players with a driver, and ten is ideal. Some basements can gain clearance by rerouting ducts or framing between joists, which we evaluate during the consultation.

Do you supply the simulator hardware?

We build the room, enclosure, screen, turf, projector mounting, and wiring, and we coordinate around the launch monitor you choose. We will happily advise on hardware tiers from budget to tour level.

Can the sim room be used for anything else?

Yes. With a retractable screen and smart layout, the same room hosts movie nights and gaming. Multi-use is the default way we design them.
